Dr. Greg Peters, MD is a board-certified radiologist with special training in Musculoskeletal Imaging. With extensive experience in hospital and outpatient settings, Dr. Peters is committed to delivering high-quality radiologic services using the latest imaging technologies.

Dr. Peters completed medical school in his home state of Nebraska at UNMC and thereafter his internship in Internal Medicine.  He went on to finish his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at one of the busiest institutions in the world in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California-Keck School of Medicine and Los Angeles County Hospital.  He then completed a dedicated one year fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention at the world renowned Cedars Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, CA.

Dr. Peters reads all Radiology modalities including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT scans), Nuclear Medicine and PET Scans, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, and Mammography.  He is experienced in MSK MRI, NeuroImaging, Prostate/Breast/Body MRI, and MQSA certified for Mammography.  He has a background in Radiology Resident curriculum and education, National Teleradiology work, and local private practice imaging and interventions.  

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Peters is passionate about continuous medical education, radiologic research, and implementing evidence-based imaging protocols.

Dr. Peters is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and actively involved in several prestigious professional organisations, including the American College of Radiology (ACR), the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS). He has contributed to advancements in the field through his participation in research initiatives and industry publications. Dr. Peters holds active medical licenses in Nebraska, California, and Tennessee.

He resides in Omaha, NE with his wife and daughter and enjoys traveling to National Parks, golfing, crossfit, tennis, pickleball, and keeping up his Spanish fluency.
